Societe Generale partner of Africa Women 4 Tech

Africa Women 4 Tech is an all-female panel dedicated to the advancement of women in the digital sector.

Through this meeting, women leaders of Tech in Africa speak about the representativeness of the feminine gender in the digital ecosystem and the steps to take to involve and empower women.

In a sector that is still very masculine, a few women ministers, general managers and heads of institutions have been needed for several years: they decide, impact and innovate. But the parity is still struggling to be reached.

"Development of new technologies in Africa, how do women leaders make a difference? This was the subject of the African Women 4 Tech debate on October 25 in Abidjan.

Following the discussions, an action plan was proposed for a more inclusive sector.
