Launched in Senegal, Cameroon, Ghana and Côte d'Ivoire, Connect is a mobile banking application that helps these entities take hold of digital transformation by responding to customers' new expectations.
It gives them the ability to manage their money remotely, securely and anytime (7 days a week, 24 hours a day) from their smartphones or tablets.
Simplicity, speed and convenience are the watchwords of this application. For example, it enables any user to view his/her account status in just a few clicks, make their current transactions, add any new beneficiary for external transfers, set parameters and get real-time alerts. It also offers customized services such as making cash available to others, recharging the YUP electronic purse and paying bills directly from the device.
Few after its launch, customer feedback is very positive: up to 65,000 customers have already subscribed to the application and rated it 4.1/5. Tha application will be followed by a Web version for a consistent customer experience across all channels (same access codes, unified interfaces, sharing beneficiaries across all channels...).
